Living The Myth: An Exploration of the Bhagavad Gita

In this collaborative learning experience, we will unpack the deep teachings of the Bhagavad Gita , one of the most celebrated texts in Hindu mythology. For centuries, the Bhagavad Gita has inspired movements across the world due to its rich content that expands on the themes of right action, sacred duty, faith, devotion, and liberation. We will explore what it means to both practice and experience yoga a state of union through deep inquiry and embodied self leadership.

Who are you here to be? What must you bring forth from your heart? How are you compelled to engage in this world? We will dive into the content and context of the Bhagavad Gita and explore the depth of these questions and more through lecture and group conversation. Please note that no previous knowledge of The Gita is required however you may want to read or at least be familiar with the text to get the most out of this experience.
